About Me

I’m Nadine — a highly sensitive introvert, 5/1 Splenic Projector, Licensed Massage Therapist, and BodyMind Coach, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Family + Consumer Sciences Teaching.

I know what it’s like to overgive, override, and burn out, first as an athlete, and later as a high school teacher.

My healing began when I was forced to listen to my body during an ER visit and chose a new path.

Now, I help others do the same.

My work blends intuitive presence, body-based science, and energetic attunement —

to create a safe, sacred space for transformation.

You are already wise, powerful, and whole.

Sometimes you just need a little light to see it.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me dancing (Tango, Blues, Fusion, WCS), trail running, hiking barefoot through Sedona’s Red Rocks, traveling home to Montana or exploring the world, basking in the sunshine, receiving my own healing sessions, and loving on my favorite horses, dogs, and humans.
