Hi there! I’m Nadine - an introvert, HSP, 5/1 Projector, former FCS teacher, current LMT, BodyMind Method Certified Coach, and aspiring author and rune vitki.

I’m honored to hold space for all of the beautiful, wild details that make you YOU. I enjoy the challenge of unlocking body mechanics, muscle tension patterns, and injuries while doing so in a relaxing, trance inducing dance of movement.

A perfect blend of science + intuition!

My mission is to provide a supportive, intuitive, radically honest experience for you to make physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual changes that reflect more of who you really are – vibrant, powerful, passionate, grounded, loving, purposeful, adventurous, compassionate, wild, and sacred.

Most of my clients walk away feeling FULLY HEARD and UNDERSTOOD (many times with only minimal conversation). They feel inspired for deep change and living authentically. This is what lights me up!!!

Away from the massage table, you’ll find me living and feeling deeply—dancing, being in the sunshine, traveling back home to Montana or around the globe, and loving on my favorite horses, humans, and anyone else’s dog that wants to say hi!
