I know what it’s like to overgive, override capacity, and burn out, first as a multi-sport athlete, then as a high school teacher, and even as a massage therapist who thought a really good physical massage could completely heal injuries, pain, and range of motion issues.
My healing began when I was forced to listen to my body during an ER visit and chose a new path. Then when the burnout wracked my body with massive inflammation, rage, and depression.
Every time, it brought me back to receiving holistic healing from other practitioners that empowered me to activate my own Truth. I’m deeply grateful to my team of holistic practitioners that have my back (sometimes literally).
Now, I help others do the same.
My work blends intuitive presence, body-based science, primal instinct, and energetic attunement —
to create a safe, sacred space for transformation.
You are already wise, powerful, and whole.
Sometimes you just need a little light to see it.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me partner dancing (Tango, Blues, Fusion, WCS), trail running, hiking barefoot through Sedona’s Red Rocks, traveling home to Montana and around the world, basking in the sunshine, receiving my own healing sessions, and loving on my favorite horses, dogs, and humans.
Moonstar Massage + Wellness, LLC is LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC inclusive and supportive.

Moonstar is gratefully of service on the Apache, Hopi, Navajo, Sinagua, and Yavapai healing lands of what the Hopi call Palatkwapi (Sedona, Arizona). Reparations are made through consistent local trail cleanup and participation in local land ceremonies.
Donations are made annually to Women in the Wilderness, who completed “a month-long journey across Wyoming to uncover the truth about Wild Horses.” Their educational documentary addressing the wild mustang overpopulation in the US is headed to film festivals in 2026.
